DIRECTIONS
Esperanza is located on the Baja Peninsula, four miles outside of the town of Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. 

Arriving into San Jose del Cabo airport, clearing customs and passing the gate you will take the main road to get out of the airport terminal. Take a left and then go straight until you get to a point where two highways cross. 

There will be a sign that reads San Jose del Cabo and another sign that reads Cabo San Lucas. Please take the one that reads Cabo San Lucas until you get to highway number 1 (which is Carretera Transpeninsular). 

You will pass Costa Azul Bridge, Palmilla Bridge, El Tule Bridge and Cabo del Sol Bridge, and at about 2 miles there will be a street stop light. ½ mile to the left side you will see a big Punta Ballena Sign. Pass it a little bit until you can make a turn and get to the other side of the highway (by Santa Carmela make the “U” turn). 

Then turn to the right at Punta Ballena at which you will see the fountain of the Whale Tails. Pass it and the Arches and follow the road straight to the Esperanza Resort main entrance.

Esperanza Resort is located at Carretera Transpeninsular KM 7 Punta Ballena.


RESORT TRANSPORTATION
Private airport transportation from San Jose del Cabo International airport (SJD) to Esperanza is available upon request (maximum 6 passengers per vehicle). Please call 866-311-2226 to arrange for resort transportation.

While in Cabo, we can pre-arrange private ground transportation for off-property excursions. Please provide the details of your transportation needs prior to arrival.

Convertible Chrysler Crossfire’s are available for daily rental to discover the pristine beauty of Baja. Drive across the Tourist Corridor or visit a nearby town, enjoying the beautiful beaches along the way. 

Local taxis are readily available for local transportation within the Los Cabos area; concierge is available to schedule taxi services upon request.
